Feature of conventional welding rotator:
- The roller center distance of conventional welding rotator can be adjusted by lead screw. Different diameter of work piece is able to use on the same rotator.
- The center distance of the roller also can be adjusted by reserved bolt holes.
- One set conventional welding rotator is including one piece of power roller & one piece of idler roller.
- Power roller adopts double motor driven.
- The power transmission adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
- According to the customer’s requirements, the roller has three forms: PU roller, steel wheels, steel and rubber combination wheel.
- The application of conventional welding rotator is mainly used for the seam welding. Including longitudinal, circumferential seam.
